A business lease is a written lease of trust lands for business, commercial, residential, industrial, or real estate planning and development purposes, or for surface uses that are not otherwise provided for under other state land office rules. Rule 19.2.9 pertains to business leasing.

SALTWATER DISPOSAL SITE EASEMENTS

Easements on state trust lands for underground disposal of salt water produced in connection with oil and gas operations are required when it is produced on land that is not under the oil and gas lease. See Rule 19.2.11 for more information.
