PRELIMINARY INFORMATION REGARDING PROPOSED GRAVITY PAD PARTNERS LEASE APPLICATION

The New Mexico State Land Office has received an application from Gravity Pad Partners for construction of a cell phone tower on state trust land within the West Side of Albuquerque. The State Land Office receives thousands of applications annually for consideration of approval. Given the proximity of this proposal to schools, businesses, and homes – nothing will move forward until ample time is given for community feedback on the proposal. Information below is preliminary and provided for community review and consideration. This information is currently incomplete as we await maps of the area and further proposal details from the applicant.
