How to file a public records request – IPRA Records Requests

How do I request copies of public records?

The Commissioner is committed to responding to IPRA requests in a timely manner.

Please submit your request verbally, in writing to NM State Land Office, 310 Old Santa Fe Trail, P.O. Box 1148, Santa Fe, NM 87504. E-mail requests must be made to the following address: SLO.IPRA@nmslo.gov. Phone requests should be made to 505-827-5721.
