Effective June 15, 2022
Pursuant to OCD Rule 19.15.27.8.G(4) NMAC, operators are required to provide a copy of the monthly C-115B report to the New Mexico State Land Office beginning June 15, 2022 for wells and/or facilities in which the state owns a royalty interest. This shall be effective for the April 2022 reporting period due June 15, 2022.
Copies of the C115-B shall be consistent with the formatting requirements as directed by OCD and shall be sent via email attachment to NMSLOC115B@slo.state.nm.us. If the file size is over 5mb, the file should be compressed using a zip format. Filings shall continue on a monthly basis utilizing this method.
