Advisory Board
The Land Trusts Advisory Board assists the Commissioner of Public Lands with policies and programs associated with the trust. Members of the Board are each assigned to represent public interests, the agricultural community, the extractive industries, public schools, and conservation interests. The members are appointed by the Commissioner of Public Lands and must be confirmed by the New Mexico State Senate. Each term runs six years.
