Field Operations Division 

The Field Operations Division has District Resource Managers in 12 District offices statewide. Experts on real estate appraisal, range conservation, environmental sciences, biology, surveying, geographic information systems, archaeology, and engineering are located in Santa Fe. The Division provides the field and technical support for numerous statewide State Land Office programs and initiatives. The staff gathers information, compiles databases, and analyzes proposals ranging from the construction of telecommunications towers to the development of land management plans.
