Planning and Development: Las Cruces
There are more than 11,000 acres of state trust land in and near Las Cruces, New Mexico. This land is located in the path of future urban expansion. A portion of the land was annexed by the City of Las Cruces in the last 1980s. The State Land Office also holds land within the City of Las Cruces’ West Mesa Industrial Park.
